expired product!!!

it seems that GIANT hypermarket @ pioneer mall is making me giving them the bad name!! not once but twice my family and I encountered expired products been sold @ GIANT!!! gawd!! the first incident was involving butter bought by my bro... butter that is use to spread on bread... he did not check the expiry date when he bought it n it was until mum noticed it... so he went down to exchange it n to his horror, not one, not two, not three BUT the WHOLE of that butter brand were already EXPIRED!!! my goodness!!! terrible!!! imagined if illiterate people who had bought it?? what about elderly people?? the supervisor who was there was also shocked n i bet the people inside will get a thrashed down from him... he quickly ordered his people to removed all that butter @ once.. tsk tsk tsk....

the second incident was todae... this one involving tofu in the packet version... as i was picking up one tofu, looking and checking for its expiry date, it shock me again... todae is the 20/03/07 and the expiry date written there was 16/03/07.. i repeat its not the manufactured date... its the expiry date (pic below)... i was looking for the supervisor there but none can be found... no point complaining to the staffs... i was contemplated to make a complain to the CASE because it seems that they are not taking this thing very seriously...

so a warning to you guys out there... check the expiry date ok!!! especially product from GIANT!! they aren't safe... tsk tsk tsk...

** i have the sudden urge of drinking tehpeng... tehpeng from my skool!! oh how i miss it man!!!
